You think "Annie" was difficult? Try adding 50 pullups and 50 thrusters onto the workout. Yes, I know we did pullups yesterday and our muscles are sore. But, isn't that what this is all about? To challenge our bodies physically AND mentally? You tell me if the firefighter can take a day off because he covered a big fire the day before. The soldier rotate off shift because he got into a firefight the night before. Life presents us with challenges and we face them head on with a smile. You're a CrossFitter, you're supposed to be a little crazy!
