Training "outside the box."

Who the hell made up this Tabata interval?
Squat + 45# plate (25#)
Ring Dips
Box jumps
Med. ball pushups with strike

This is a "heavy" Tabata version, where we will be adding a little more weight and complexity to each movement. For the squats, a 45 lb. plate will be held close to the sternum while squating - similar to front squats with load. Ring dips can be scaled to dips on the edge of a box. The med. ball pushups will be a pushup on the med. ball to your feet with a single strike with each fist. Don't knock it until you try it.
