Results:
"Grace" is a workout that you must approach with a great amount of humility. The range of motion required is unmatched by any other movement and requires 100% mental concentration. There is a reason that Olympic lifters spend a lifetime trying to perfect their technique of the clean and jerk - it is incredibly hard!

Technique has priority over intensity. On all of our "for time" workouts, we ask you to push yourself beyond what you believed to be possible. This comes with the exception that you have demonstrated a mastery of the movements. Through careful understanding of the techniques, you will be able to add intensity over time and eventually find a balance of powerful and efficient movements.
