"Angie" is always a good workout because it provides a lot of feedback about our training progress. Nearly every movement that we train in CrossFit is a progression or variance of the squat, pushup, pullup, and situp. It was also cool to introduce this CrossFit workout to our Marines and see how we compare to "the few, the proud."
