Begin with a loaded bar 95# (65#) and complete 30 overhead squats. Waiters walk, or walk with the bar overhead 40 yards, and complete 20 overhead squats. Move again with the bar overhead 40 yards and complete 10 overhead squats. Lastly, move again with bar overhead for 40 yards.
