Yesterday we did 25 hang cleans. Matt has always been a natural to picking up the complex, and sometimes nerve-racking, Olympic lifts. Here, Matt is displaying a good hip-flexion and explosion to full triple-extension. In the middle frame he is pulling his body under the weight. In the last frame he balances the dumbbells in a near complete squat clean by pushing his elbow "up and in."

As a reletively new crossfitter (I "did" crossfit on my own, and with my lovely wife) I am hoping to just smash all my PR's... I want 225 in the bench, 315 in the deadlift, and (knees' allowing) as close to 300 in the squat as I can... That and getting impressively good at muscle-ups (seeing as right now, I can do the awe inspiring 0)
