7th Heaven - 7 rounds for time of:
4 two-hand KB swing
4 right-hand KB snatch
4 right-hand KB clean
4 right-hand KB press
4 left-hand KB snatch
4 left-hand KB clean
4 left-hand KB press
Choose a lighter weight that you will be comfortable with for the entire workout. Rules: you cannot set the KB down in the middle of a round. You must complete a round before setting the KB down to rest. If you must rest in the middle of the round, a 50 yard sprint will be ran before returning to your work.

Finished 7th Heaven in 12:45 with a 35# KB.
Also added on 50 squats and 50 push ups afterwards just for grins.
Awesome job Peter. I'll add the 50 squats and 50 pushups to the board.
