Saturday WOD

Today is "bring your freinds, family, neighbor, and annoying co-worker that tells you about all his crazy war stories and how he can do a 500lb deadlift, 30 pull-ups with his girlfriend on his back, and run two miles in 10 minutes day."

That guy annoys me. Let's run some 400's on the hill. We will do a warm-up and then hit the hill 4 times. Workout begins at 10am as usual.
