5 rounds for time of:

400 meter run
15 Overhead squat (men 95#, women 75#)


Results:
Excellent! Everyone did a different version of Nancy today, mostly due to the unfamiliarity with the overhead squat (OHS). The OHS is a MUST for every athlete at every level. The strength that it builds in the "core" in unmeasurable. I love OHS!

King: 17:27 w/40#
Roger: 20:20 w/45#
Kris: 20:40 w/ 65, then traded for 85#
