As a reminder, for the month of May we are doing a tribute to the CrossFit "Girls and Heroes". The Girl workouts are designed as benchmarks to show progress in different movements. They are creatively named after females in the CrossFit community. The Hero workouts are named after our servicemen that have given their lives for our freedoms. We take these Hero and Girls workouts seriously because we know our hard work and perseverance in them will make us stronger.
