Wednesday WOD

Complete as many rounds as possible (AMRAP) in 20 minutes of:

400 meter run
30 KB swings (alternating 10 left, 10 right, 10 two-handed)
40 situps
50 jumping jacks

Adjust the workout as necessary and post rounds to comments.



Janelle: 3.76 rnds - 500m row for run

Adam: 3.25 rnds

Jason: 3 rnds of 400m run, 30 KB swing, 40 yd sled 15:21

Kris: 3 rnds of 400m run, 30 KB swing, 40 yd sled 18:30

Pat: 3 rnds of 400m run, 30 KB swing, 40 yd sled 18:30



We were feeling a little froggy today, so we pulled out the sled to do some sled pushes. The sled weighs 30 lbs. and we added another 90 lb. on top of that. Pushing the sled is very difficult because you have to stabilize your midsection, lockout your arms/shoulders, and continuously drive your legs to put the sled in motion.



We just got some 14 and 15 inch tires that we will be attaching harness and rope to for sprints. Pics will be coming soon!
