Linda.."three bars of death."

Do 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 reps of:

Bodyweight bench press
1.5 x bodyweight squat
2 x bodyweight deadlift

Pat- 26:50 @ 185 bench, 225 deadlift, 225 squat
Adam- 27:30 @ 135 bench, 135 deadlift, 165 squat



Do it as fast as you possibly can without comprimising your form. If you do this workout in a Bally's, bring extra clothing to mark your workout areas. People will try and steal your bars otherwise. Or, just come to our gym and we'll give you your very own space to sweat in.
