We sent a fireteam up to Red Rocks to climb 9 flights of stairs in firefighter gear (sorry no pics), a 50# sandbag, and dumbells. We couldn't have asked for a nicer day.
Weighted Tabata Intervals - 6 rounds with a partner
20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest. Repeat 6 times.
Weighted Squats 45/25
Weighted pullups 45/25
Weighted pushups 45/25
Weighted situps 45/25
One partner will assist getting the weight into place. One partner will go for full 6 rounds times 4 exercises, then the next partner will go. Have fun!
