Results:
We found out pretty quickly that a 45# dumbbell can be pretty heavy. For a lot of us, this was the first time using dumbbells in our thrusters. Stabilizing the DB's in 4 directions, as opposed to a barbell's 2 directions is much harder. Despite our challenges, everyone is doing exactly what I would like to see them doing - scaling the weight to a comfortable level and reinforcing sctrict form. Expect to see this workout again. Good job!
