"Field Day"

3 rounds of 2 minute intervals of:
Tire Flips (big=450#, med=250#, small=150#)
40 yard Sled Pull 60# (35#)
Sledge hammer swing 12#
Stone Throw 20#(10#)

This is one of those days that you will remember why you are a CrossFitter. You are an athlete that challenges yourself with many different movements and sports. You know that specialists will be punished by nature, so you prepare yourself to face the many physical and mental challenges of life.

Love the video, Pat and Janelle. Couldn't think of a better send-off than a healthy dose of Fran.

I had an awesome time getting to know everyone at MBS, and I look forward to some guest workouts back in CO in the future. Until then, keep the pain train in motion and the MBS community strong - what Crossfit is all about.
