Jason will be leaving for Montana today. He will be attending medical school at University of Penn in September. We sent him off yesterday with a farewell Fran. Good luck Jason. You will be missed.

5 rounds for time:
20 Dumbbell deadlift
15 Dumbbell hang power clean
10 Dumbbell overhead squat
5 Dumbbell push press


Choose a total weight (both dumbbells) between 15-40% of your bodyweight, 15% for beginners and 40% for advanced. Complete the given reps of each exercise in order without putting the dumbbells down. If you must rest and put the DB's down, run 100 m and return to your reps where you left off.
