For those of you that are still working on getting the kipping pullup, persistance pays off. The pullup is an essential bodyweight exercise that we use in CrossFit. On Friday we posted Adam's first 20 kipping pullups. He worked long and hard for each one. Your jumping pullups will soon become single-kip pullups, which will then become several kipping pullups, but it all comes with persistance. Keep up the good work!
