MBS Youth Athletes learning the "basic lifts."
-We have had the opportunity to work with 6 young athletes over the summer break. These student athletes have come a long way in a short amount of time. Safe and proper weightlifting technique, weight room etiquette, camaraderie, competiveness, strength and speed gains, and a little bit of fun all in one program. What are your kids doing this summer?

"2 Minute Defense"
1 power clean
3 hang squat cleans
2 jerks
run 200 feet
Complete 5 rounds of the above exercises, rest two minutes and then repeat a second time. Post time of both rounds.
