The 5:30 crew has been working hard through this afternoon heat. If the CrossFit workouts weren't enough, the 90 degree breeze rolling through the bay door will definately get you sweating.

Makeup a missed WOD
or
7 rounds for time:
5 KTE
7 box jumps
9 pullups (add weight if possible)

**Two things we need to happen: One, let us know if you will be climbing with us to the top of Long's Peak on August 23rd. We need to know who will be going for logistics, etc. Second, let us know if you are interested in competing in the Tactical Strength Challenge on September 6th.
