Wednesday WOD

Run a 400 meter sprint with each of the following:

1st sprint: 50 double unders or 150 regular jumps
2nd sprint: 30 wall ball shots 20# (10#)
3rd sprint: (10) ten meter to cone and back sprints
4th sprint: 50 good mornings

We will do the exercise first, followed by the 400 meter sprint. Rest 2 minutes between each sprint. Record your time for each sprint.
