3 attempts to max:
Squat
Press
Deadlift
We will do a warm-up and then take three attempts at a max squat, press, and then deadlift. The CrossFit Total is an excellent tool to measure absolute strength. For you first-timers, read more about the CrossFit Total. Be prepared to go all out!
Results:
Kris had a Total of 890 with a personal best on all 3 events (squat - 315, press - 170, deadlift - 405). Janelle also had a personal best of 205 on her deadlift. Excellent job!
