30 sumo-deadlift high-pull 135# (75#)
40 overhead squats 95# (65#)
50 pullups
60 box jumps
run 400 meters
Rules: With a partner, complete each exercise in order before going to the next (the SDHP must be done before the OHS, the OHS before the pullups, etc.). Between you and the partner, share the reps of the SDHP, OHS, and pullups. Only one person from the team can be working on these exercises at a time. The box jumps and run may be completed by both parters at the same time. Time ends when both partners have crossed the finish line on the last 400.
Individual: Complete a single round in this order, completing each exercise before moving to the next.
