400 meter run
21 kettlebell swings
12 pullups


Results:
We had a Kick-a#% workout with the Broomfield baseball team today. Their scaled workout was 6 rounds of (4) 20-yd sprints, (12) 15-20# dumbell swings, and (6) pull-ups. The best time was done in just under 10 minutes. Good job.
