Today we will be going after Jackie. This is a single round workout that will make your head spin. The row must be completed before the thrusters, the thrusters before the pullups. If you can't do 30 kipping pullups, do as many as you can and then continue with jumping pullups. As always, post times/scale to comments.
Check out OPT doing Jackie in 6:08! This makes me want to go workout right now.
