Today was meant to be a rest day to recover from a long day on Saturday, but we ended up doing a Strong"person" event. The events were:
30yd sled pull for time; men-150lb, women-75lb
25yd tire flip for time
1min. ball slap for reps (20lb dynamax-no bounce)
Sub. 1min jumprope for reps for the 150lb "stone-carry"
1min "log-lift" for reps; men-135lb, women-75lb
It ended up getting pretty competitive. Congrats to everyone. The lessons learned will help for next Saturday's competitions.
