50 Double unders

Today was hard and I cheated by not doing the KTE right but it was fun. The kids love doing the WODs and showing that they can do everything that the adults can do and then some. Thankfully Janelle and Pat are patient people with both the kids and me (cheating). :)

Oh yeah! Janelle wanted a Goal. I have 3 goals. Goal #1 to do 10 pullups in the next 2 months ( not unreasonable). Goal #2 To be able to do 50 KTE without using the ball in the next 2-3 months. Goal #3 eventually( this is long term) to be able to get 10 ring pull-ups.
