**This week is going to be a short week - classes will run as scheduled through Thursday 12pm. We will not have Thursday evening, Friday, or Saturday classes, as we are headed out to the CrossFit Games. Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) Class will be at 7:30 tonight in the mat room.
