Jason completed the WOD in 6:31, Adam 11:17, and Pat at 9:43 (20# wall ball instead of thrusters) The Bullets came in for their first workout today as a team. We went over the squat and did an introduction to the "burpee". I am looking forward to working with the Bullets and I hope their hard work and determination pays off this season.
