10 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (men 60-70lb., women 30-50lb)
10 BB Thrusters (men 65-135lb., women 45-65lb)
10 Pull Ups rings or bar
10 Push Ups on (BOSU, rings or MB)
Monday we got some new Kettlebells for the gym. Sarah won't have to use dumbells for her swing anymore! Kettlebells are an extremely effective tool in training core strength. Look forward to Kettlebell classes in the future.
