Dips
We will be doing the full eight rounds for the tabata intervals using moderate weight and ring dips. If you are unfamiliar with tabata intervals, the concept is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest. In this WOD, we will do 20 sec. of DB clean and jerks, use the 10 seconds to move to the dip station and complete 20 seconds of max dips. We repeat this cycle 8 times. Keep track of total reps of each exercise. The total is figured by the lowest total of reps in a round. If you have any questions, just show up and get the hands-on tutorial!
